The housing market in Madison, WI is very competitive and as first-time home buyers we were rather intimidated. As great as this was though, it was the level of service that Gina at Exp Realty, provided to us throughout the entire process. This included a multiple room staging service which generated several offers right away. Also, the level of confidence and assertiveness that Gina exuded in getting answers to questions that arose in the offer process helped us to relax and focus on our upcoming move. I can't thank Gina enough for that as it was daunting some days for sure!
